The success of The First Tee of Modesto rests in large part on the active involvement of adult and junior member volunteers. Each season we have had over fifty volunteers attend formal training sessions and in turn provide at least 15 hours of service to our program.  Our volunteers come from all segments of the community including educators, professionals, city employees and recreational golfers. Parents of our members and active high school members also serve as coaches at clinics and as mentors by accompanying participants on rounds of golf and outings outside our structured clinics.
